Showdown

What a weekend! Three big showdowns in the SEC are all intriguing and have bowl ramifications. Auburn goes to Athens, LSU goes to Alabama, and Florida heads to South Carolina. I go back to my basics, before I publicized my picks, I would do pretty well betting on Dawgs and Ducks.

Auburn at Georgia (Dawgs -2.5) – Should be easy money.

Oregon at Washington State (Ducks -4.5) – Though Pullman has an effect on the game, the Ducks had no problem running against Cal in the rain, so they shouldn’t have any problem covering the spread.

Memphis at Tennessee (Tennessee -18) – Tennessee has to be pissed, and Memphis won’t be able to keep up. I usually don’t like big spreads, but this one is reasonable.
